Pelham, Alabama – We are well in to 2009, and it is time to look at the year of market statistics for Birmingham Homes. As we have always stated that as a homeowner, potential resident, potential seller, or as a real estate consultant, we think it is always important to know the stats about what is happening with Pelham homes. For this report we are going to be focusing on Pelham Alabama Real Estate
For the first quarter of 2009 there were 128 Newly Listed Pelham Real Estate for Sale. The Average Price was $224,838. The Median Price was $188,450.
For the first quarter of 2009 there were 45 Pelham Homes that sold. The Average Price was $191,788. The Median Price was $173,500, with 80 Average Days on Market at 96% of list price.
Currently there are 234 Pelhama Alabama homes for sale with an Average Price of $249,091. The Median Price is $211,499 with 132 Average Days on Market.
