Anthem homes for sale

Del Webb developed Anthem with one purpose in mind: To provide individuals and families with every imaginable opportunity to build more time into their busy lives for the things that truly matter. Time with family. Time alone. Time with friends. Time with a spouse. Time getting to know one’s neighbors better and maybe even one’s self.

For most of us, these are the building blocks of a happy life. Homebuyers have responded to our vision for a simple reason: because it so closely mirrors their own vision of what a true community should look and feel like.

Come see for yourself why so many families choose to live at Anthem. We are positive you'll want to join them!

Shortly after Del Webb first introduced Anthem, it was voted Best Master Planned Community in America* because of the full life residents enjoyed from the grand amenities built to support their lives.

Yet, another benefit from living at Anthem goes beyond the amenities themselves. With a full time staff, dedicated to helping you and your family get involved, residents regularly participate in programmed activities such as sports leagues, kids & teen camps, and community carnivals-- just to name a few.

And if the amenities aren't impressive enough, Anthem's location provides quick access to some of the best destinations in Arizona. Lake Pleasant is just minutes away. Downtown Phoenix is a 35 minute drive while Flagstaff is a quick get-a-way destination hot spot.

Is it any wonder why, Anthem has continually delivered on the same ideals that awarded it the Best Master Planned Community in America?

CREDIT SCARY, CALL HARRY RENT TO OWN ANTHEM, ARIZONA

Harry F. D'Elia, Investor , Mentor, BD, Radio Coach, REO Expert, Networker: Real Estate Agent in Phoenix, AZ

CREDIT SCARY, CALL HARRY RENT TO OWN ANTHEM, ARIZONA

CREDIT SCARY, CALL HARRY RENT TO OWN

I created this slogan "CREDIT SCARY, CALL HARRY RENT TO OWN" since I started the real estate business seven years ago. I read all the real estate books and loved this real estate technique. I lost my job in 2002 after 9/11 incident. So, I went directly into the real estate business. I obtained a mentor for the first eighteen months of my real estate career. I mastered the lease option program. Now, I developed my own lease option program for people that need a second chance in life.

The option to lease or rent to own was created for people who's current situation does not allow them to fully qualify for a mortgage. Rent to own homes have successfully increased home owner ship in America, and it builds better credit. Renting before buying is also a great way to get used to the responsibility of owning a home Getting qualified for a rent to own is not difficult and rental properties can be found in all areas of Anthem, AZ.

Harry D'Elia Real Estate and Beyond Radio Show

Here are some of the major advantages of a lease option:

  • You don't need a down payment more than 5% of the purchase price.
  • No qualifying through a bank.
  • Learned responsibility of owning a home.
  • Bad credit is ok

There are 8 more advantages to read with just a click.

Anthem, AZ Foreclosure Market

Mary Zychowski: Real Estate Agent in Phoenix, AZ

Wowzer's! Anthem is a northern suburb of Phoenix, AZ. The Del Webb master planned community is considered one of the finest in all of Arizona. Gorgeous parks with huge catch and release ponds, sprawling grassy fields (yes, even in the desert) and overall breathtaking topography; makes Anthem a winner!

Anthem is in a unique situation. It's stunning beauty captured the attention of speculative buyers in 2004 through 2007; which as you know has left this pretty little town upside down. It's only as recent as May 2009 they we have seen some leveling out in this market. Our inventory is at an all time low and our average monthly COE's are rivaling numbers close to 2005.

All in all, we still have many foreclosures to hit the market, but they are trickling in...This leaves an incredible opportunity for anyone interested in purchasing a home in Anthem. We anticipate our inventory to be slow and steady while home prices level off. Now is a great time to scoop up your dream vacation home or relocate!

Anthem, AZ 85086, Homes starting as low as $115,000

Enjoy Anthem Country club featuring: Two 18 hole championship golf courses, Tennis courts, restaurants, Hiking trails, community center, heated pools, spas, majestic parks, ponds and so much more!

The Future of Real Estate

Mary Zychowski: Real Estate Agent in Phoenix, AZ

I think all of us have heard over the years how real estate will dramatically change, Brokers who fail to adopt new technology will fizzel etc. I've been in the industry since 2001. I guess some would consider me relatively new. I grew up with my parents owning a real estate brokerage, so I do recall the days of the big fat MLS book! Interestingly enough, when I started selling real estate for Weichert Realtors in New Jersey back in 01' (they truly are a top notch company) it was odd if you found a full time agent, many were hard working folks with daytime jobs, holding open houses on the weekends to build their inventory of leads, trying to get ahead in life and make a little side money.

Then the Boom occurred (2005 forward), everyone and their "brother, aunt, cousin" etc. was selling real estate. A lot of us that put in the blood, sweat and tears felt cheated. We studied, built up our database, made the dreaded cold calls only to have a barrage of "New B's" enter the marketplace barely educated and working under the guidance of volume brokers ( you know the $50/mo. fee) w/ no strings attached? Leaving us to do most of their work, and sometimes gasping at the violation in the code of ethics and all of the other high standards we held ourselves to, (they were oblivious to) and many in fact violated.

We might ask, how could this happen? And what's next?

Many of the fly by night, quick buck agents are long gone...It just so happens, it's not as easy as it looks. However our consumer is forever changed and will continue to evolve as the generations to come have grown up with applications that make the cassette tape look ridiculous.

A wonderful visionary I have followed for many many years is Faith Popcorn. Faith talks about Cocooning and how today consumer wants to be safe, away from it all. This will impact real estate as many buyers and sellers will want to do their research online. Trust is a huge factor for consumers today as is saving money with discounts and coupons. More and more, consumers will be driven to do it yourself workshops ( online tutorials). Trust and saving money will be a huge consideration and the today’s consumer will spend the time to learn in order to save.

Savings...Need I say more? ( economy).

Why is trust so important? Because consumers have been burned. They are fed up with armature web sites. They will scout out sites that have features like online chat, live video conferencing, and lightning speed response time just to know you are real. Consumers will also rely on other’s experience, ratings and knowledge. Consumers will be driven to sites that connect them with the end product (agents); from the privacy of their own home. Listing presentations will be completely customized and online. Your connection with the future consumer will be about added comfort, trust and realness in a virtual environment.

And let’s talk about virtual…In 2008 over 200,000,000 million dollars was spent on virtual gifts. Did you read that? Virtual gifts…Like sending your friend Betty on Facebook a Martini; which is merely an image. The possibilities are endless. This may be overwhelming to the average agent, how do we keep up and compete?

It’s really quite simple. Be real, accessible and online period. It’s everything we did yesteryear only in a different environment. For example, do we still cold call? How about a market update on twitter once a day? Newsletter vs. blog? Newspaper ads vs. virtual flyer ads? Spin your efforts to reflect today’s consumer. At the end of the day, it’s all about human connections we know that…But will they Google your name before they call? Make sure your web presence is profound, Cheers to your success!
