I was born and raised in Arizona. When my husband and I bought our first home in 1993 in Chandler Arizona it was a 3 bedroom home on a cul de sac and we picked it up for 72,000. I never thought we would see prices like that again, but here we are in 2009 and WOW, those prices are back! Homes are as low as $20,000 in some areas. I saw a 4 bedroom home in Queen Creek for 39,000 and it was a 2400 square foot home, less than 9 years old!! Right now we are helping investors and first time buyers alike to purchase homes.... time to get in the game!!
