As the deadline draws near for the $8,000 Stimulas Package money, I thought we at Four Seasons Realty had better make one final push to bring in some First Time Buyers and find them a home!
So, Four Seasons Realty is sponsoring a free First Time Home Buyher Seminar at our office at 102 E. Main Street in Payson Arizona on Saturday, August 22, 2009.
A mortgage broker will be available to pre-qualify the buyers and a title officer will be present to walk them through the "buying" process.
Flyers featuring homes in their price range will be available for the attendees to browse thru and agents will be standing by to show homes they might be interested in seeing.
We at Four Seasons Realty are excited to be able to make the dream of home ownership a bit more real to the wonderful families in Payson.
So, as they say, YA'LL COME! It will be a lot of fun.

Central Arizona is definitely a place of indescribable beauty; it's where the dramatic Mogollon Rim casts its impressive shadows upon the peaceful neighborhoods of the region's quaint mountain towns; where many a Phoenician flocks during the summer months in an attempt to escape the scorching heat of the Valley floor. Here, among the ponderosa pines of the Tonto National Forest, camping, hiking, and horseback riding are easy activities to come by, yet don't be fooled by the rustic ambience of it all... Sure, the area is one of rural tranquility and rich western heritage, but there is a side that boasts of first-class, resort-style accommodations, fine dining, and even luxury properties! In fact, the booming town of Payson has been cited as one of the most popular places in the nation for second homes, and it has also been ranked as one of the fastest-growing retirement communities! If this all sounds like your cup of tea, you can obtain much more information (including a peek at some of those aforementioned luxury abodes - but don't worry, more affordable ones abound, as well!) at Central AZ Home Blog. We invite you to come up and discover the secrets of our beloved "Rim Country!"
