Any of you living in the north Phonix area will be happy to know that the City of Peoria will dedicate a new segment of Happy Valley Road at a celebration on Saturday, Dec. 20, from 10 a.m. to noon. The new roadway extends west from Terramar Boulevard to 83rd Avenue.

This will allow easy access from the I17 freeway to 83rd ave and allow free movement across the North Valley.
