Rancho Sahuarita
continues to clear stagnant inventory and prices are continuing to normalize,
but at a much slower rate.
With
31 new listings and 91 active listings Rancho Sahuarita
continues to be an attractive draw to many homebuyers especially
those who work for nearby employers (Raytheon, Tucson International
Airport, Davis-Monthan AFB). Homes averaged a selling price of $99/SqFt
for September and an average size of 2165 SqFt.
Keep in mind, a few of the "New Listings" are price
reductions that were enacted this month. Prices in Rancho Sahuarita are extremely competitive and new home builders
are offering some very attractive incentives to buy new.

The Rancho Sahuarita community south of Tucson is one of the fastest growing areas of the Tucson Metro, and has consistently ranked as one of the top planned communities in the country. With home sales outpacing that of the rest of Pima County, it is no wonder that businesses are flocking to the newest commercial venue.
As of August 25, the Sahuarita Times community newspaper reports that 13 new businesses are getting ready to open their doors in the Rancho Sahuarity Marketplace and Village! Anchored by a 100,000 + square foot Fry's Marketplace and Chase Bank, the first phase is showing strong development with commercial properties quickly filling the 35,000 square feet of retail availability.
McDonalds has recently finalized a lease agreement in the Town Center, just across the intersection from the Marketplace, on a 4,500 square foot restaurant in the same 17th Century Spanish Colonial design as the rest of the development. Already in place is a SuperStop convenience store and Shell gas station.
