Friends, Realtors, countrymen, lend me your ears.
The evil that inexperience and indifference does to our profession must end; the good is oft lost in their wake; so let the winds of change begin with the Real Estate Warrior.
The noble new agent of the future is ambitious: If it so, He will excel to greatness never before achieved, he will be an honorable agent; So much so that all honorable agents to come will speak of his greatness. His clients will say he was my friend, faithful and just to me.
He hath brought many happy buyers and sellers together by becoming a trusted advisor and all did see him as an expert and a good citizen while his adversaries feared is stern negotiating skills.
He sees no challenge too large….he understands the challenges of the future and can navigate the sea of change into real world advantages, he embraces change and cannot be deterred by resistance.
He will stand up after each challenge and challenge back with even more will. He will fight with every ounce of strength he can muster up inside to fight for his client and the American dream of home ownership.
Fear not, it’s not the end of the world for non warrior REALTORS but it may be the end for those who fail to adapt in a new world.
He will not be taken down by failure. He is a Real Estate Warrior.
I am a Real Estate Warrior...... Are you?

I want to wish everyone a happy Labor Day! I hope you’ve had the opportunity to spend some time with friends and family, away from the rush of work or the concerns of money, and really enjoy the important things in life.
Whether you're treating yourself to some fun with friends and family, or using your free time to do home projects, I hope you're capitalizing on this national holiday! I'll definitely be doing some cooking today and hopefully getting some long-overdue projects done. Cheers! Have a good one.

I drove to Benson, AZ yesterday to visit with a client. Benson is more rural than Tucson, and the early-morning drive east on Interstate 10 was enjoyable. Turning south at my destination, I crossed a cattle guard near Cochise College. The monsoon rains had provided moisture enough for this plant (Sacred Datura) to blossom, and the sun was just right.
(It's amazing what you'll find when you're looking for blog fodder!) Looking down into the flower, I was surprised by a little polka-dotted beetle having breakfast. Cute little guy, isn't he?
Have a great weekend, and thanks for stopping by to visit.
