I grew up in Sothern California and this place flashes me back to the days on Malibu beach with the surf board tables, grass huts, friendly atmosphere and great food.

Friday night was our Christmas Party. We had a lot of great food and some special guests. Santa Claus came by for a visit. The adults and kids were thrilled. The young at heart were also invited to sit on his lap and tell him what we wanted for Christmas. One request was a closed escrow! Thanks Jack & Jane. We all would like the same. I caught Santa turn into jelly when he was craddling a three week old little boy. At that point, you knew what Christmas was all about. May the spirit of Christmas be with all of you.
