The small coastal town of Bolinas in Marin County, California is home to a little over 1,200 residents. Located about 30 miles North of San Francisco on California Hwy 1, the Bolinas real estate market consists of fewer than 500 homes.

Since 2005, the logarithmic pricing trend based on price/square foot has declined annually approximately 10%. But, it should be noted that with only around 1 dozen home sales per year, charts and trends might not do a very good job of reporting the overall health of the market.
