As of October 2008 there were 64 Cardiff homes for sale (43 detached homes, and 21 attached homes), up from 60 in September. This represents an inventory of 6.3 months for attached homes (up from 5.7 in September) and 9.5 months for detached homes at the current rate of sales (based on a 6-month period), up from 8.7 months in September.

The price range of detached homes on the market as of October 30 was $424,650 to $3,895,000 million; prices for attached homes ranged from $499,000 to $1,500,000 million.

10 Cardiff homes came on the market in October (6 detached, 4 attached), with 6 going pending during the same time period (2 detached, 4 attached).

Data are based on information provided by the MLS for homes that went under contract in the last couple of months.
