Four Claremont homes were listed for sale during the week ending Dec. 6, 2008, and two homes entered escrow, according to the Inland Multi-Regional Multiple Listing Service.
A total of 113 Claremont homes were listed for sale in the MLS on Dec. 7. Included are 70 single-family homes ranging from $219,900 to $3 million. There were 43 condominiums, townhomes and single-family homes in homeowner associations listed for sale in Claremont on Dec. 7. with list prices ranging from $179,000 to $1,690,000.
The MLS lists 34 Claremont listings as vacant, 13 as "short sales," and 7 as owned by lenders who foreclosed on defaulted loans.
