The spread of properties offered in these areas differ from manufactured homes in rental parks to producing vineyards in wine country, so the numbers can easily confuse. Even though I'm reporting averages, this area really is much more than the numbers.
The Plymouth and Fiddletown areas of Amador County have 35 current residential real estate listings for sale.
