Thirty-three Pomona homes were listed for sale during the week ending Dec. 20, 2008, and 27 homes entered escrow, according to the Inland Multi-Regional Multiple Listing Service.
A total of 661 Pomona homes were listed for sale in the MLS on Dec. 21. Included are 525 single-family homes ranging from $87,200 to $975,000. There were 136 condominiums, townhomes and single-family homes in homeowner associations listed for sale in Pomona on Dec. 21, with list prices ranging from $89,999 to $599,800.
The MLS lists 272 Pomona listings as vacant, 239 as "short sales," and 128 as owned by lenders who foreclosed on defaulted loans.
Twenty-seven Pomona homes were reported as sold in the MLS in the week ending Dec. 20, 2008.

A total of 667 Pomona homes were listed for sale in the MLS on Dec. 14. Included are 534 single-family homes ranging from $87,200 to $1.1 million. There were 133 condominiums, townhomes and single-family homes in homeowner associations listed for sale in Pomona on Dec. 14. with list prices ranging from $89,999 to $599,800. The MLS lists 270 Pomona listings as vacant, 235 as "short sales," and 123 as owned by lenders who foreclosed on defaulted loans.
