Introducing Thermal Motorsports Track and Club, destined to become North America's premier luxury racing club. Nestled into the sweeping desert landscape of greater Palm Springs, Thermal is an invitation only Member's club that brings together the rich traditions of California motorsports and first-class amenities. Thermal Motorsports Track and Club is building off of these traditions with a modern drivers' club structured around a state-of-the-art 4.5 mile racetrack that will host both amateur and club racing, setting the stage for both driver and enthusiast to push their limits.
THERMAL consists of 3 world-class road circuits with a total of 19 configurations. Of those, there are 3 Grand Prix circuits the North GP, South GP and Full GP circuits measuring 2.5, 2.7 & 3.8 miles. The Tracks run counter clockwise, are a minimum of 40’ wide and are designed to the latest safety standards with substantial space beyond the edge of the track. There is a Main and North Paddock with 3 separate pits.
Situated either Trackside or Off-Track, Member Garage sites offer you a chance to own your own property at the track where you can build a private 2 story structure including a lower level garage and upper level entertaining suite. The average lots are 7,500-8,000 sq. ft. with premium sites as large 15,000 sq. ft.
Guy Dreier, Robb Reports “The Ultimate Home” architect, designed the Private Clubhouse and 4-story Control Tower. The Control Tower also features a café, instructional rooms, and a members-only club room and patio 
overlooking the entire facility. THERMAL will also have a Kart Track, Automotive Museum, Member Car Storage Buildings and rentable Luxury Suites with day garages, located on the Main paddock. One of the most exciting features is our “Members Garage” sites.
Within close proximity to Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Orange County, San Diego and Phoenix, Thermal will be both an oasis and destination for modern living and the thrill of speed!
