One Ski Hill Place, A RockResort, is scheduled to open winter of 2009 and 2010 and will be ideally located at the base of Peak 8 at Breckenridge Ski Resort, one of the most popular ski resorts in North America. One Ski Hill Place is just steps from four chairlifts, providing easy access to Peaks 7, 8, 9 & 10 and to the charming Town of Breckenridge via the new seasonal BreckConnect Gondola.
It will be the centerpiece of Breckenridge Peaks, a lively village offering a variety of lodging, dining and entertainment options.
