I'd like to thank HB Construction for all of their assistance. You went Way beyond my expectations. I thought there was no way the insurance company was going to pay for a new roof. Thank you Garris, your two trips to my house to meet the insurance adjuster made all the difference.

Your crew was very polite, clean and worked very hard and late into the day to get the job done. I appreciate your efforts and the efforts of your crew in getting the new roof up, on and complete as fast as they did.

I'd be happy and pleased to refer your company to anybody,

Sincerely,

Pueblo Outlaws 2008 High School Rodeo

Dena Stevens ~ Ecobroker ~So. Colorado Realtor : Real Estate Agent in Pueblo, CO

Colorado Western Real Estate was a proud sponsor of the Pueblo Outlaws 2008 High School Rodeo the weekend of April 26-27 2008. I have to admit I had no idea of what I was watching. No doubt the cowboys in Heaven were yelling down "get that blonde outta there!"

On more than one occasion I've remarked that I don't know one end of a cow from the other. My good friend George Souto will remind me that the end with the horns is the dangerous end, the other end is where we get milk.

The event was held at the Colorado State Fair Grounds in Pueblo CO. And in my opinion the cows being "cut" looked less than enthusiastic. Mostly it looked as if the high school kids were messing with their minds. And I was confused when it was announced that they would be bringing in "new" cows for the boys event. The first set of cows didn't look all that exhausted. But what do I know.

Anyway, the school kids seems to be happy to be there despite the cool weather. And I did pass out a few of my business cards!

Perky Coffee is also the place I get my house warming gifts. Holli puts together a gift bag of mugs, teas, cookies and coffee for new home owners. Included in the bag is a tea ball and a punch card or two for those who want to stop in a get an individual cup of something hot. Holli, Candice and Larry wonder job!

Pueblo's Old Federal Building

Dena Stevens ~ Ecobroker ~So. Colorado Realtor : Real Estate Agent in Pueblo, CO

In the middle of Pueblo just off of I-25 on the corners of 5th and Main is Pueblo's Old Federal Building. Once a court house where those on trail would be brought up the back stairs to avoid mixing with the public. Today this building is used as an office building. Besides the Espresso Shop and the 5th Street Art Gallery you will find counseling offices, Liberty Hearing Center, TNT Security, a hair salon and Colorado Western Real Estate. Soon the old brass front mail boxes will be taken out and replaced with a white linen restaurant.

The old court room can now be rented for weddings and parties >

<The old post office boxes add to the charm of the old building
