Federal Tax Incentive new and improved --Friends don't let friends -- buy without a Realtor
If you are considering buying a home in the new six months....help is not on the way.....it is here !! There are many people eligible for a tax incentive. Big people ..little people...skinning people and fabulous people.
The first timer gets an incentive. Yep, buy and close in the next 5 months and you'll be eligible for a tax incentive. The 2nd timer and over... is eligible as long as you‘ve owned and occupied your castle for the last 5 years....
The feds came out this morn with MORE GOOD NEWS....They do not anticipate raising interest rates in the near future.
So let me be one of your Realtor Buds and tell you now... This is the time to buy. Great values + low interest rates = one happy home owner.
O yea........Friends don't let friends buy... with out a Realtor. Going house shopping without a Realtor is like going into brain surgery without a doc. I don't mean any doc..a good doc. One you like, trust and has a great bed side manner. Equally a good Realtor knows how to operate on your transaction. The process begins in post op...or at the loan app. Finding a good lender is like having a good car mechanic. Again, one you can trust or one referred as a good mechanic. You don't want something you don't need.
Having the right people , the experienced Real Estate professional.. will enhance your changes for a win win transaction as well as an enjoyable experience.
O yea.. one more thing...if by some strange chance you don't know a Realtor...Call me .. I'd love to apply for the job. If I can't do it...I know someone who can. .Not to boost...I know folks ... coast to coast !!!!
