According to the Colorado Division of Housing the annual foreclosure activity in Colorado has fallen for the first time since data was first collected in 2003. There were 15% fewer completed foreclosures during 2008 than during 2007, and there were 20% fewer completed foreclosures during the 4th quarter of 2008 than during the same period of 2007.
