13 year old David Sills of Red Lion Christian Drafted by USC! Red Lion Christian Academy 7th grader David Sills has made national spotlight with the news that he has verbally committed to play at USC despite not being able to officially sign his letter of intent until 2015.

The National Weather Service reports from New Castle Country Airport that the storm of 2010 is the highest ever recorded in the area at 25 inches and tops the record from January 1996 of 22 inches.

With more snow expected this week and the winter far from being over it looks like we will break another record for the most snow fall of all time!

The other day I noticed its time for new tires or as the kids call them "Sneakers" on the front of my car. Now im out showing houses or going to listings almost everyday so I wear them down pretty quick.

One of the cool things about their site is you can find out what size tire your car needs by its make and model and shop around. I did and found their prices to be lower then other places, I saved about $65.00 on 2 tires and they were done in about a hour. Car rides great and I will be back in a few months to purchase 2 tires for the rear.

NEW CASTLE COUNTY DELAWARE DOG LICENSE

Delaware requires that all dogs age six (6) months or older must be licensed within the county in which they reside. Licenses must be purchased by March 1^st, expire on December 31^st and are valid statewide. City of Wilmington residents are exempt from purchasing a New Castle County Delaware Dog License, but are still required to obtain a dog license from the City. Service dogs (i.e., seeing eye, lead or guide dogs) are exempt from the licensing fee, but are still required to be licensed.

DOG LICENSE REQUIREMENTS:

All dogs 6 months of age or older as of January 1^st in a given calendar year must be licensed within New Castle County before March 1^st. If the dog turns 6 months on or after March 1st, the pet owner must license the dog at that time for the current calendar year. Fines for an unlicensed dog start at $50 for the first offense. Subsequent offenses could result in fines of $100.

A current rabies vaccination certificate signed or stamped by a veterinarian, including vaccination and expiration dates, is required to get a license. One, two or three year licenses may be purchased, contingent on county and the expiration date of the rabies vaccination. Your pet's rabies vaccination should be valid at least through March 1st of the year in which the license expires.

• Online: Register for New Castle County Delaware Dog License Online!
• In Person: Stop by one of the following locations: Delaware Humane Association, Delaware SPCA, Lantana Veterinary, Lums Pond Animal Hospital, New London Veterinary and WalMart (Middletown)
• By Mail: Mail in application with licensing fee, a copy of your dog's current rabies vaccination certificate, and proof of spay/neuter (if applicable) to: New Castle County Dog Licensing, c/o Pet Data, PO Box 141929, Irving, TX 75014. Download New Castle County Delaware Dog License Application.

City of Wilmington Residents:

• Delaware Humane Association or
• the Delaware SPCA
