The Courts at Brickell Key is a what we like to call 2nd tier modern condo. Most condos on brickell are modern and chic in there own way, but this condo is a step above most. Courvoisier Courts Condo is a preferred condo for many reasons. I started my real estate career in this condo and had a chance to see the residents first hand experience.
