These statistics for Argyle Forest, Chimney Lakes, and Watermill, are a snapshot of the current sales activity. Located in Duval County-West of I295 and just north of the Duval/Clay County Line, the community of mostly single family homes was begun in the early 1980’s and construction of new homes continues at this time.
Note: 50 PERCENT OF THOSE SOLD IN THE PAST 6 MONTHS OCCURRED IN THE PAST 30 DAYS. This appears to be a huge progress indicator for our market.
