It has within its gates almost 600 acres of planned development. The planning included 91 acres of lakes and 105 acres of conservation area. Well I love my neighborhood and lately we have been getting some great press about Buying and Living in Seminole Heights. This past winter Seminole Heights was featured in American Bungalow. Now Seminole Heights has again been featured in a national publication. This time This Old House magazine features Seminole Heights as one of the best neighborhoods in the south to buy an old house! This follows Newsweek magazine's rating of historic Hillsborough High School among the top 50 public high schools in the United States, a ranking the school has held for a number of years.
