The lowest property sold was at Blair house a condo that was built in 1964. Its a 2 bedroom, 2 bath with 717 sq ft of living space. It was listed at $34,900 and sold for $35,000 on 2/28/12
The highest property sold was at Jupiter Yacht Club a condo that was built in 2003. Is a three bedroom three bath with 2,694 sq ft of living space. It was listed for $705,000 and sold for $650,000 on 2/29/12.
