Here's a good-looking house I recently photographed in Loganville, GA. It sits in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to Atlanta Hwy.

I've been fortunate to photograph several properties recently that have second-story porches. I think it's a very cool feature, and can imagine I'd spend a good amount of time out there if this were my house.

This property had great attention to detail, such as the double-sided fireplace and arched passages between the spacious living room

and window-filled keeping room.

Although I typically prefer to photograph horizontally (landscape orientation), I decided to go vertical to show off the ceiling detail in the dining room.

I photographed much more that this house has to offer, including a splendid kitchen and breakfast area, secondary beds and baths, and a back yard and patio, but I'll close with the master bedroom:

I recently took the short drive to Monroe, GA, to photograph a handful of beautiful properties in the Clubside Estates gated community. As a Marietta, GA real estate photographer, I see a lot of properties, and I was no less than amazed to see how much home you can get for your money at these listings.
This one was my favorite; A fantastic layout, wide open great room, and a pool:
BTW - Yes, that's a three-car garage above. And look at these beautiful floors:

I'm always a fan of a pot-filler faucet:

And great pool, with waterfall, for entertaining or just relaxing:

The one above may have been my favorite, but I think I'd be happy in any of these:

727 homes were sold for 2010 in Walton county compared to a total of 921 homes sold for the same period in 2009.
The median sales price in 2010 in Walton county for homes sold was $129,000. The median sales price for homes sold in 2009 in Walton County was $135,000.
Condominium sales in Walton county were non-existent in 2009 - 0 were recorded and it was almost as bad in Walton county for 2010 - just 3 sales recorded.
The great news is that this is going to be a better year - I just feel it! There is alot of pent up frustration out there right now - many people have wanted to move for some time and have been sitting on the fence. It's the year for jumping in!
