Harbor Lights condominium is an affordable building with a pool. The sales have been as low as $35K for a one bedroom and $44K for a two bedroom. This is a place that can cash flow for the right reasons. Now the HOA is $668 and some may argue that's high! Yet it is all inclusive; water, electric, garbage, cable, maintenance, pool, security and insurance. If you live on Maui already you know those amenities can run high, even if you live solo. So for the most part the HOA is right on and in this market many HOA have watched reserves plummet as folks loss their homes. These are easy to show we have a short sale an REO or a straight sale, take how ever you want it. Or call me and we can go to the auction and see what they really foreclose at. Mahalo Jeff

Got my new wheels at Island Honda
It was time to upgrade my work car this year and once again I bought a new Honda.
The Honda Ridgeline rocks! I'm really happy with the features of this 4X4 truck that feels more like an SUV. There's plenty of room for me and 3 or 4 passengers, that means Maui home buyers! Lots of storage options too, for my mobile office, including a plug in for my laptop computer.
If you're looking for a friendly car dealer, you can't go wrong with Calvin Nishimura, the senior sales consultant, who has helped us buy more than one Honda purchase. He'll explain everything and be very respectful, and no pushy sales tactics!

I've blogged about Island Honda before, because their service department is so great. They really treat you right when you need service, and that's a big part of why I'm such a loyal customer. Did I mention they will even wash your car when you take it in for service... I don't think Cutter of Maui does that!
