The second half of 2011 did not slow down as much as I thought as judicial foreclosure REOs are trickling in. There will still be reasonably priced Kauai REOs for 2012. So don’t fret if you did not buy anything in 2011. There will still be deals in 2012. My guess is that the deals will dry up by mid 2013 but I will have to reassess this time next year.
