First of all Mele Kalikimaka & Hau’oli Makahiki Hou (Merry Christmas & Happy New Year). This will probably be my last blog for 2011. I will post a new one on January 1st or 2nd 2012. I want to say Thank You to all my loyal clients and am looking forward to meeting new clients. The second half of 2011 did not slow down as much as I thought as judicial foreclosure REOs are trickling in. There will still be reasonably priced Kauai REOs for 2012. So don’t fret if you did not buy anything in 2011. There will still be deals in 2012. My guess is that the deals will dry up by mid 2013 but I will have to reassess this time next year. I often get asked how’s the market?” Well for me it has been good but it was good to here from others in this economy.
