Hawaii foreclosures up

Jeffery Griffin: Real Estate Agent in Wailuku, HI

The state of Hawaii is now number 30 on the list of foreclosures and rising As reported in the Honolulu star bulletin by Alison Schaefers

Hold on were climbing up in the ranks of foreclosures from number 47 two years ago to number 42 last year now we are the 30th state with auctions of foreclosures.

I say now is a great time to buy if you want to live and own on Maui. With in the next year will be a great time if you want to be a land lord and own rental properties.

I am spending a lot of time at Harbor Lights, people love a deal and well they are the cheapest home on Maui. Don't forget to check out the Puuone condominiums to.

Aloha

Puuone expert

I have been a Wailuku Broker-Realtor for 8 years. Wailuku has some great older condominiums that are sleepy, well cared for and quite. Puuone Gardens, Hale Alii, Towers, Terrace if your interested in a slower quieter City life call me 808-280-344 I have lived in all of these condominiums and owned in two Hale Alii & Terrace of them. I plan on buying a Towers this year, I have an insiders opinion and the advantages known to all of of them. I also like Wailuku Manor on Imi street and Wailuku townhouses on main street. These are all great places to live. A lot of families and retired folks live in these units. They make great rentals and can have a cap rate. These are the places to watch while prices drop and interest rates drop.
