I have recently been writing a lot of offers and showing my listings which means that prices have leveled to a point where buyers are active again, the sellers have now realized the price is everything and our listing clients are positioning them selfs to sell.

Gallerie Ha Ha had the best Aloha Poetry Slam to date on Novembers First Friday in Wailuku.

I've been playing bass in Mojomana while SSLL is on a sabbatical. The garden and trees have been left alone for the fall because of the lack of time in my day and huh isnt there a beach somewhere close by?
