A full page ad in today's paper announced huge price reductions. Not only has he slashed prices on his existing inventory and model homes, the prices in the Craftsman and Alpine Lodge Collections have been reduced substantially for pre-sold new homes.
On the list with reduced prices are Rosenberger Construction's model homes in two upscale Hayden developments. The Cobblefield in Rocking R is currently listed at $475,877. It was built in 2007 and has been on the market for $545,000. The Harrison in Chanticleer is currently listed at $600,000. It was also built in 2007 and has been on the market for $725,745.

The Gutter Guys for Rain Gutter Installation and Service in Hayden and Coeur d'Alene, Idaho
For the second day in a row I found myself stopped at a red light next to The Gutter Guys van. What are the odds of that? I found myself admiring the snazzy graphics on the truck, again. Since my camera was sitting on the seat beside me, I snapped a photo and made a mental note to myself to feature them on my blog! (The photo I snapped out my open window doesn't do it justice!) Of course the guys in the truck noticed me taking their photo, and thought I must be someone important. A photo journalist perhaps. They passed me their card through our open windows and we were on our ways.

Matt Surplus opened The Gutter Guys in the spring of 1995. He was a nineteen year old kid that had 2 years experience installing for a roofing company. He took the best of what he learned and devised his own systems. He prides himself in attention to details such as custom hand cut corners, cutting and tucking of the roof edge metal and so on...

Great Family Fun - Thursday nights in Hayden, Idaho
If you are looking for something to do with your kids on a Thursday night, consider going to Jump-A-Lot, Indoor Party Zone in Hayden.

Gabrielle and I discovered Jump-A-Lot last summer when we were looking for something to do, but wanted to get out of the heat. We were happy to learn a couple of weeks ago that Thursday night is family night and prices reduce to $3.95 (from the regular $7.00) per hour, per jumper.

And, the good news to all those parents who are still young at heart, parents don't have to pay for themselves!!! Yahoo!!! Or, if jumping isn't your thing, take advantage of the free WiFi and blog work to your heart's content while your kids jump the crazies right out! |
Jump-A-Lot can be found at 10260 N. Taryne Street (on the East side of HWY 95 just North of Dakota Ave) in Hayden.
