MPC Computers in Nampa, Idaho after almost 20 years has issued at letter to the Idaho Department of Labor stating efforts to reorganize under chapter 11 bankruptcy proved unsuccessful and will be closing it's doors and liquidating assets.

I have lived in the Bay Area for 18 years now. I have loved the area and the opportunities here. My older boys range in age from 15 to 22. They have all grown up here. Now we have a new little girl who is 2 1/2. I've decided that I want to move back to Idaho to be closer to my family so she will have grandparents, aunts & uncles and cousins to grow up with.

I can't believe all the changes that have happened in the Nampa and Boise area have went through in the last 18 years. I am looking forward to exploring all the new areas and making the most of new networking opportunities there. I will moce full time in February, but am already excited about some of the people I have been in contact with like Realtors and WCR.

Moving is going to be a big move for our whole family. All 3 of my older boys are coming with us. They will all be looking for jobs and meeting new friends. My 15 year old is still in high school and that is always a difficult move. I'm sure though with all the support of our family there, he will do fine. And, I know my Miss Hannah will love getting to play with all her little cousins.

If anyone has any suggestions on jump starting my staging business there, please let me know. I've done good growing my business in California and want to hit the road running in Idaho.

Nampa Idaho Get's New Library

Last night in a 3 to 1 vote Nampa Idaho city council took a bold step to pave the way for a much needed library in downtown Nampa. Bold in that the funds will be taken out of the city's reseve temporarily while the court decide if the city's urban renewal district will be able to go ahead and bond for $15.5million to fund the project. The bond money would replace the reserve funds. The monies approved last night will allow the city to move ahead and purchase the land now.

Location of the new library has been kept a secret while negotiations for the land went on. The city block between 3rd and 4th streets south and between 11th and 10th Avenues south is the property in question.

This is just the beginning of the city's commitment to revitalize the downtown area. This move is expected to improve values of the downtown Nampa Idaho real estate.
