In a brief conversation with the Elkhart Chamber of Commerce today I gained permission from them to reprint here on AR community information. They are currently updating their files and my posting is d(elayed for a few weeks until all the new data is collected. My hopes are to not only entice people from other states, such as South Bend, Mishawaka, Goshen, Middlebury and Bristol, but also other cities near by to take a look at Elkhart County and Elkhart Real Estate, it is a wonderful place to live!

Bristol is located in North Eastern Elkhart County and is 3 square miles. The median age is 31.2. Elkhart Community Schools serve the children in Bristol There is a small retail center found downtown, with additional shopping located along SR 120 and south SR 15. Housing is 57.9% owner occupied. The average sales price for an existing home is $280,600 with prices ranging from $90,000 to more than $1 million. Most new homes range from $170,000 to $260,000.
