Olathe is building a new elementary school on Woodland Road and I have been closing monitoring the progress of the project since I drive by it on my way home every day! It was recently released that the school is being built following the U.S. Green Building Council principles. Olathe is going green! I think this is an exciting concept that buildings can not only be beautiful, functional, but also good for the environment.

Woodland Creek is a housing subdivision located in Olathe, Kansas, Johnson County, suburban Kannsas City and is located between 155th Street and 159th Street on the West side of Lackman/Blackbob. The homes in woodland creek were constructed in 1998 to 2003 time frame.
