It was recently released that the school is being built following the U.S. Green Building Council principles. Olathe is going green! I think this is an exciting concept that buildings can not only be beautiful, functional, but also good for the environment.

Woodland Creek is a housing subdivision located in Olathe, Kansas, Johnson County, suburban Kannsas City and is located between 155th Street and 159th Street on the West side of Lackman/Blackbob. The homes in woodland creek were constructed in 1998 to 2003 time frame.

Currently Woodland Creek has 10 homes actively listed for sale with 32 homes sold in the last year. The gives a roughly 4 months supply of homes based upon current demand.

Most of the homes have needed warranty work due to improper Tyvek installation and improper flashing installation. Pulte has been very good about getting the homes repaired and they have gone beyond their stated warranty to get the homes fixed. My wife and I live in the neighborhood.
