According to the Kansas City Star Dollars and Sense blog, Vivino will be no more in the Power and Light district. They plan to change the menu and the overall restaurant concept to New York style pizzas. The restaurant was only open two years and had already undergone a menu change, but this is more aggressive.
Honestly, I ate at Vivino once about a year ago and haven't returned. I felt the portions were small for an Italian restaurant and the food was very average. If I want Italian I much prefer Carmen's in Brookside, Garozzo's or Lidia's in the Crossroads.
I am looking foward to see the new concept opening in approximately two months though!

Sales volume in on the upswing. Credit is getting slightly easier to obtain although it will not return, at least anytime soon, to the easy credit access of 2003-2005. Those days are long gone.
Buyers are very interested in the $8,000 tax credit which is spurring interest in the market.
In General, interest rates are at or near generational lows, assuming you have good credit. Now is a great time to buy, while activity is starting up and there is time to get your low interest rate locked in.
Olathe is home to International employer Garmin.
Two of my favorite places to eat in Olathe are – Jersey Mike’s sub shop at 151st and Blackbob and 5 guys hamburgers at 135th and Blackbob.
