Cleary Condos
3456 Cleary Ave.
Metairie, La.
New Developement, Its all new
!

The Condos right off Veterans with an entrance on Cleary is a new conversion that was started in 2005 . The 35 condos cover 5 floors with a 5 story atrium. The prices start at $162,500 for a one bedroom. The units are larger units with most of the condos being 2 bedrooms.

Everything is new in the complex. There is plenty of secure parking. There is a swimming pool to one side of the yard. The condo fees are moderate. New means new electrical, new a/c and heat, new pluming and the common areas. New carpets, new floors, freshly painted, crown molding,

The kitchen and baths are upscale with new stainless steel applainces, granite countertops, upscale cabinets along with a new washer and dryer. The bathrooms are also nice and large. There is plenty of storage in each unit. The master baths in this unit has a shower as well as a bathtub.

I noticed that all the units were very quiet and the rooms very large for a Metairie condo. Being so new the condo fees should stay in the moderate range once the condo association is turned over to the owners. This is because almost everything is new and well kept up since there are several units still for sale by the developer.

Frank Rubi Kenner/Metairie LA Real Estate: Real Estate Agent in Kenner, LA

As I'm leaving out the door for another busy Southeast Louisiana weekend, I just want to wish everyone to have a great weekend. As for my family tonight is high School football Holy Cross vs. Chalmette @ Chalmette 7PM. Tomorrow a day of Golf with my son @ Lakewood Country Club. After Golf to LSU for the night game. Sunday in the morning meeting with a investor client and wiriting an offer on one my listings. Sunday afternoon Football and the New Orleans Saints with Drew.

So busy and just enough time to do it all.

Have a Great Weekend!

OPENING DAY SAINTS V LIONS IN DOME 2009

My weekend started sitting in the rain, watching high school football. Jesuit v. Holy Cross. It was not pretty but enjoyable none the same.

Yesterday I was lucky enough to watch the Mich v ND game. It was a good one. LSU v.Vandy, I watched this on as well. LSU pulled out a victory although I had my doubts but I will take it. Ohio v USC a great game as billed. .

Today the Saints will kick off @ noon. We never know what will happen here in New Orleans when the Saints are playing. The entire weekend here in New Orleans has been nothing but RAIN. This won't matter the Saints are at home in the DOME.

Its football season so enjoy a game.

Moving to New Orleans

The oldest church in New Orleans is the Saint Louis Cathedral. It is located in Jackson Square in the Heart of the French Quarter. St. Patrick's Catholic Church is the second oldest in the Archdiocese of New Orleans.

New Orleans is rich with religious activity and learning. One such tradition is Mardi Gras. Believe or not Mardi Gras has its roots in religion. The region will celebrate Mardi Gras 2010 on February 16.

Considering moving to New Orleans your thoughts may turn to your local catholic churches. A large amount of the local population are Catholics. Here is a list of all of the Catholic Parishes in Greater New Orleans.
