In October of 2009 there were 10 homes that closed within the month for Milford Massachusetts. This is an decrease of 12 units, as there were 22 homes that closed in October of 2008.
The Average list price for the homes that closed in Milford for October of 2008 was $260,881
The Average list price for the homes that closed in Milford for October of 2009 was $232,675
The Average sale price for the homes that closed in Milford for October of 2008 was $249,627
The Average sale price for the homes that closed in Milford for October of 2009 was $224,150
The Average Market time for the homes that closed in Milford in October of 2008 was 181 days.

Milford MA Real Estate ~ Just SOLD 15 Tanglewood Drive Milford Massachusetts. Listed at $309,900. Sold by Bill Gassett RE/MAX Executive Realty on 10/29/09 for $300,000. Market time = 6 days.










This Milford Massachusetts Gambrel Cape home was located in terrific neighborhood setting on the Hopkinton line off of Purchase Street!
There were many excellent features in this home that would be attractive to many buyers including the bright white cabinet kitchen with hardwood floors and sliders to deck, as well as the firplaced dining room or family room directly off the kitchen with hardwood floors.

In September of 2009 there were 18 homes that closed within the month for Milford Massachusetts. This is an increase of 11 units, as there were 7 homes that closed in September of 2008.

The Average list price for the homes that closed in Milford for September of 2009 was $305,927

Milford MA Real Estate ~ Just Sold 8 Janock Road Milford Massachusetts. Sold at $338,000. Sold by Bill Gassett RE/MAX Executive Realty.













This Milford Massachusetts home located at 8 Janock Circle is located in an excellent neighborhood setting with great access to 495! Some of the appealing features that sold the new buyers on this home included the updated cabinet packed oak kitchen with center island and nice appliance package including a wall oven and cook top. The kitchen flowed right into a fireplaced family room with Pine floors under the carpets.
The living and dining rooms were both filled with natural light. Especially the dining room which was also appointed with a walk-out bay window.
