Introduction:
What this class is about? This class is designed to teach agents how to use web based tools efficiently to streamline the process of managing a transaction without loosing paper and continuing to keep the documents flowing to and from all transactional parties with an audit trail to ensure you are protected from liability standpoint. This class is a high level overview of how agent Michael Mahoney of Keller Williams currently does his own transactions without paper.
The class is not designed to be a hands on step by step. The system I have developed has been perfected over many years. It is not perfect, however it works for me.
The Goals of the Class:
The goal of the class is to open up attendees eyes to available technologies to streamline the process of listing/selling and managing closings. Various technologies will be discussed.

Fax Machine:I have a cheap $30.00 fax machine at the house that I use expressly for sending faxes only.
