Hello All, I would like to hear from you about farming. I have not been terribly successful with this phase of real estate. My experience is limited. I have sent out flyers,and individual letters,but I am not certain as to whether they are properly presented. I keep wondering if the people receiving them are just tossing them out. Is this the way we keep our name in front of the public or are we aggrevating everyone with what they consider junk mail? I have tried to keep in touch with phone calls etc. I really think that maybe we should be a bit more personal in our information. Any suggestions out there or do you all feel that this is a waste of time?
