Currently there are 59 single family homes on the market in Holliston, Massachusetts. The houses have an average list price of $520,000 and an average market time of 130 days. There are eleven properties available for $300,000 or less. On the upper end of the scale, there are five properties listing for $800,000 or more.

In the last week no new single family homes came on the market.

Three single family homes went under agreement in the last week. The first was a 2 bedroom ranch on Prospect Street. Next there was a 3 bedroom ranch on Ruthellen Road. The last one was a 4 bedroom colonial on Quail Run. Also, three single family homes were flagged to go under agreement soon.

There are currently 19 condos on the market. The condo average list price is $285,000 with an average price per square foot of $187. Average time on market is 369 days. One condo on Meetinghouse Road went under agreement. One condo on Balancing Rock Drive has been flagged to go under agreement soon. Otherwise there has been no movement in the condo market.

Let me know what you think about any or all of the places. I was recently at Sleepy Hollow Cemetery for the first time! I visited Authors Ridge where Emerson, Thoreau, Alcot and Horne are all buried, I was surprised that way back then they traveled so far uphill...perhaps because it is so peaceful.
