Ready to make you shine!!! What does BRAC mean to you? Base realignment and consolidation means an awful lot in Maryland. Harford County has experienced many changes getting ready for the BRAC change. Road ways, housing communities, jobs, etc. There have been many, many office buildings poping up on the proving ground the entry to post is developing a new look while construction continues daily. As for home sales they have not sky rocketed over the past 8 months due to the BRAC change, however it is encouraging. I have welcomed a few new faces and family's who will be a part of the movement to the Aberdeen area. I can say it is a good feeling to meet such nice family's who will be relocating to the Aberdeen Proving Ground area. As a Realtor I am looking forward to working with those who will be taking up residance as a reuslt. It is a great feeling when I can be of assistance to a family who has little idea what to expect of the area. Housing costs, sales, styles, community life, shoping, resturants and directing them to the local school board with education questions.

If it hasn't it pretty close, why sit on the side lines and wait for the very bottom of the market, that you will never be able to time anyway. What is the worse that happens you buy now the market drops a few more points then rebounds, and you miss a few thousand dollars in value? What happens if the market has already hit and is on the way up? You are already losing money!

Prices don't seem to have fallen lately, so maybe they are on the way up? If its on the way up or at the bottom, isn't that the best time to buy? We have all heard the saying buy low sell high, well we all know we are low!
