If there is anyone hear who uses a cleaning serive or knows of anyone who uses a cleaning service. what are their primary concerns and complaints. Here is the Olney Area (Olney, Brookeville, Brinklow, Ashton, and Sandy Spring) supply and demand chart for April 2008. The Red lines are the active homes, blue under contract, and green are sold. The absorbtion rate is determined by the number of homes on the market and the number of homes selling that month.

Olney Days is coming May 16-18, 2008. There is a bike ride, contests, bands, fireworks, Mr. and Mrs. Olney crowing, classic car show, parade, and much more. Go to http://www.goca.org/ to get the most up to date schedule. The fireworks on Saturday night are great. Most of the events are held at Olney Regional Park. Come early, stay late.
It is truly one of the best small town events in the county. If you are interested in volunteering please Helene Rosenhiem know.
