• Be generally in good health
• Be at least 17 years old or 16 years old with written parent consent
• Weigh at least 110 pounds
• Have NOT received a tattoo within the past year
• Have NOT donated whole blood within the past 56 days

If you make an appointment please be mindful that it is very important you keep it.

Exploring Westminster, Maryland was named by William Winchester after his home town in England “Westminster” Winchester is said to have purchased 167 acre tract of land in 1754, 258 years ago. I often wonder what life was like in days gone by.

Great day at the Town Mall of Westminster

It was actually warm enough for some yard work, a nice walk, riding a bike what ever your favorite outdoor activity is. Temps reached 59 today, unseasonably warm in Maryland for this time of year. I saw a few flip flops, tank tops and shorts around town. I thought the mall would be empty with Christmas just two weeks ago I’m happy to report I was wrong, it was busy!
