J. T. Foxx's mission is to educate, enhance networking, and encourage you to take action to attain financial freedom
Troy, MI - Woodward Promotions, LLC will present a 3-day event to address the current problems in real estate and business and show how to profit from them. Those who attend will leave with knowledge on how to take action in today's market to prosper and meet their financial goals.
The government is buying defaulted loans; it won't be long until they decide to sell them. Imagine auctions of notes instead of houses! Since the Governor is considering making it harder for banks to foreclose, stats are down; however, that does not mean the number of people in trouble is down. Banks will be less motivated to deal with the problem while they sell their notes at a discount. This could be a great opportunity for investors to collect checks without dealing with tenants and toilets.
There is no reason to re-invent the wheel; the shortcut to success is learning from other people's mistakes. The event is designed to show what successful investors are doing to make money in today's market; there is a variety of techniques; each has his own secrets to share. A panel of experts will discuss real estate investing and business ownership in today's economy.
JT Foxx will join the panel of experts; JT is most recognized as the founder of The Millionaire Success Puzzle and popular nationally syndicated weekend radio personality of the JT Foxx Show.
JT will show how to make a fortune in real estate investing. Some of the topics he will discuss include how to do up to 100 deals a year in the middle of a bailout market; 9 ways to sell and rent your property 10 times faster in today's market; 5 secrets to invest safely, securely and profitably in an irrational market; 6 ways to develop the right mindset for today's media driven negative environment; how to negotiate with distressed homeowners; the 13 real estate mistakes that will guarantee you not get the deal - learn to avoid them and use them to your advantage to close your deals easier.
Join JT Foxx and the panel of experts at a weekend event designed to teach real estate investors and entrepreneurs new proven strategies for making a living in today's troubled economy.
The event takes place February 6 - 8, at MSU-Mec at 811 W. Square Lake Road; Troy, MI 48098. Visit http://www.woodwardpromotions.com for details and register now while seats are available.

Dumpster rental services function as more than just a way to remove your daily garbage and waste. Though families who live on the outskirts of towns and major municipalities must rent dumpsters to remove daily trash, garbage, and other waste, there are certain circumstances and situations that benefit from dumpster rental services.
Choose the Right Dumpster Rental Service for Your Needs
You have probably seen the dumpsters sitting outside of houses undergoing renovations or on local constructions sites. Unlike the small dumpsters seen in alleys and behind small restaurants, these dumpsters are huge and resemble steel train cars. These dumpsters are for the disposal of rubbish, garbage, and other solid waste materials. Food waste generally goes to a different section of the dump, so while you can use the dumpster rental to dispose of food waste, you generally use them to dispose of other wastes.
The dumpster rental service provides the dumpster rental, delivery of the dumpster, and pickup of the dumpster. Pickup services include disposal of the waste stored inside the dumpster. You are responsible for loading the dumpster and then contacting the dumpster rental services to set up a removal date. However, if you know in advance the day you plan to finish with the dumpster, you can set up a pre-arranged pickup appointment.
Be sure to order the right size dumpster, choose an acceptable location for the dumpster, and clear the path to the dumpster location for delivery and pickup.
Common Situations Requiring Dumpster Rental Services
Construction Projects: Construction sites usually have an unlimited supply of dangerous material such as scrap material, debris, unused materials, and other garbage. A dumpster rental allows your company to place all the garbage in one area, keeping your site clean and safe for all.
Do-It-Yourself Projects: These projects often involve plenty of debris, garbage, waste, and other large material scraps. Use a dumpster rental to keep your family safe from the garbage you generate. Often, your neighborhood waste removal services do not cover large garbage loads generated by these projects.
Yard Clean-up and Landscaping: Shrubs, stones, bricks, sod, children's yard equipment, trees and other waste caused by serious yard clean-up or landscaping projects are not covered by city garbage services. Rent a dumpster to dispose of this type of garbage.
Heavy Cleaning or Moving: Household furniture and other large garbage items are too big for common garbage services and cause an eyesore to neighbors when placed on the curb. Use a dumpster rental service and order a small dumpster to suit your cleaning and moving needs.
Dumpster Rentals are not just for commercial business and industrial services. Homeowners are learning that dumpster rentals come in handy for their big clean-up jobs or home remodeling projects.

Business owners and entrepreneurs know that success breeds success. When you surround yourself by successful people and do what they do, you increase your chances of being successful. What are the successful business owners doing today to market themselves? If you ask them, the majority will say they are using the internet.
The internet is a powerful marketing tool that is free to use for posting classified ads. Remember the small classifieds from the newspaper? These cost money and they are no longer an effective way to advertise. Newspapers are quickly losing popularity now that so much is available on the internet. You can post a one-page classified ad on the internet free; it would cost you a small fortune to do this in the newspaper.
One reason the internet is such an effective marketing tool is your ad contains a hyperlink to your website. So, when people read your classified ad, they can immediately go to your website to learn more. Yes, you can include your website in a newspaper ad, but then the reader will have to remember to visit your site when they go to their computer, if they have one. If they're reading the paper, they might not own a computer, which means they will have to remember to visit your store or office when they are out. Classifieds ads in the newspaper are often read while one is eating breakfast or having their morning coffee, just to forgotten about as the day goes by.
There are many internet classified sites where you can post free classified ads. The idea is to use sites that show up on the first page of Google when people are searching for your product or service. The hottest classified sites today are Craigslist, BackPage, Kijiji (owned by eBay) and Hoobly. Yahoo, MSN and Google are also good for posting free classified ads. You can find many more sites just by doing a Google search for "free classifieds."
Post as many classified ads as the site allows. Change the headings to use different keywords and market areas that you service. Make changes to the ad itself for variety and test your ads to see which ones are the most effective by offering a special discount or free gift if the customer presents the ad or mentions it when they visit your business. Ask your new clients where they heard about you and they will most likely say "the internet."
Successful business owners are using the internet for marketing and advertising their business. They are aware of the changes that have taken place in the market and the growing amount of competition they face to make the public aware of their existence. Direct mail and the newspaper are advertising tools from the dark ages. They do make great bon-fire starters, but there are products on the market for this as well, so they are quickly becoming obsolete. If you want to succeed in business today, you must be observant; look at what the successful people are doing and model your program after them.

Tomorrow we take the day off and enjoy ourselves. I just read a post and the discussion made me think why the United States is a great country. There was a disagreement on Active Rain of what was right or wrong.
Seeing as tomorrow is July 4th, this is what is great about the United States.
There was a talk show host who basically said real estate agents are idiots. That's his right to say that. We may not like it. But we have the right to publish our thoughts.
I don't believe radio talk hosts have an ethical standards. They are in the business of entertaining. So I take it at that. Shock value. Unfortunately some hosts are bozo's and build on a point that is ridiculous just for ratings.
But this is the United States. Tomorrow and the day after we can disagree with somebody and use our first amendment right to free speech. We can say what we want within reason (without getting sued). This is a great country. A great place to raise a family. A great place to be a Realtor. A place where you have the ability to make your own fortune, your own lifestyle. A place where you don't have to be afraid of voicing what you believe.
MY two cents are:
Have a great and safe 4th of July with your family and friends. When you look at that flag tomorrow or those fireworks thank God for letting you be born or live here in the USA. God Bless America.
