Just over a week ago I was ready to make a move to another company here in the area. Though some of my fellow realtors here read my blog and called to see what was going on. I told what the issue was and what I was dealing with but to make a long story short. My team leader Chet Hill and I work it out and I decided to stay. You see I told you all I have a thing for loyalty. Besides I started this business when I was riding the buses here. So I say all that to say this. I'm glad I'm with a company that cares about your well being. I thank them dearly and want to show them through my own actions that it's very appreciated. To everyone a the KW office here in Ann Arbor.... Thanks.
To my buyers and sellers that thinking what they should do in this market. Give me a call at 734-717-1360. Also visit www.letmewelcomeyouhome.com to see what's going on in the community.

Look at the NEW Vflyer format.
I was so excited when I got this from Aaron today. I think it will be a great addition to our outside blogs.
Not only that but you can now add your listings to Facebook with one click. No more entering your listings to Facebook through one of the apps.
Here are the few I submitted last night.

Here is how you do it after you have created it:

Now the really cool thing is this new style Vflyer, it will fit great on our Outside Activerain Blogs.

One of my favorite things to do is to wake up just before sunrise, jump on my bike and ride to Ford Lake. There is a system of bridges which take you right out over the water and there is no better place than this in Ypsilanti to watch the sun rise.
Ford Lake was formed in 1932 when Henry Ford completed a damn over the Huron River to supply hydroelectric power to one of his plants. The lake covers 958 acres and is surrounded by 6 parks known as the Ford Lake Park System including Ford Lake, Loonfeather Point, North Bay, South Hydro, North Hydro, and Lakeside Parks.
Whether you are new to the Ypsilanti area or are a long time resident Ford Lake is a great place to visit and enjoy. It truly is one of the things that make Ypsilanti a great place to live.

I know today's halloween and the kids are excited about dressing up and going to the neighborhoods for some sweet candy and treats! They are some parties and festivals going on tonight.
I want to remind you all to be careful and be safe. Some cities and counties have curfews if you are 18 and under. So be mindful of that.
Today at 5pm there is a Halloween Festival downtown Ypsilanti. If you have a chance to come and see the wonderful people walk down the street in their festive costumes.
No matter how you are celebrating tonight. Make sure it's safe!

The Sidetrack Bar and Grill is a charming restaurant in Ypsilanti Michigan; it is located in Depot Town and has the best burgers. It is a completely laid back atmosphere and reminds me of the way life use to be, with lots of old photos on the walls of the history of the SideTrack Restaurant.
The Sidetrack has been in business since the 1800's when it was started across from the railroad tracks in Ypsilanti. The Amtrak Train passes through there although it never stops anymore. You have to pick up a ticket to Chicago in Ann Arbor.
Brick walls, hardwood floors, and a gorgeous bar and every time I go it is standing room only. The Sidetrack has high ceilings, a warm fireplace roaring in the winter months and an outside patio to enjoy in the summer time.
I took Allyssa there yesterday after we had gone shopping for her first car. She had never been and I suggest going. Of course she loved it; the ambiance just takes you in.
When we pulled up she said, "mom did you see what is on the side of the building?" No, I was driving, so after we ate, we walked out and Allyssa took a photo. One the side of the building out above the patio is this saying credited to,
Benjamin Franklin, "Beer is proof God loves us and wants us to be happy."
In 2002, the Sidetrack was named "one of the 20 hamburgers you should eat before you die" by GQ Magazine. The famous burger is 1/3 lb and only costs $5.25. Of course you can get a ½ burger for only $2.00 more. But, it is way too big for most folks. Other menu items at the SideTrack are here.
Gayle King, Oprah Winfrey's best friend said on the Oprah Show, about their burgers, "It is the best of the best."
The Sidetrack is located in the Depot Town communityat: 56 Cross Street, Ypsilanti, MI 48197
If I haven't convinced you about the Sidetrack you can read further reviews here.
Moving to Ypsilanti, you can start your new home search here.
