You will never have to pay to be listed as a top neighbor. Period. That important detail clarified, let's discuss how we arrive at two "top neighbors" for a given region:
Localism is a bustling collection of hyper-local communities, and the top neighbors should reflect those members who are most active. There was/is one thing, though. When we first got there, on the counter was a champagne flute. Inside the flute, was a letter from the seller, Elaine. It made me cry. Gave us a little info on he life, and her moms. How she (her mom) lived there till she was 87, and Elaine and her siblings grew up there. And how the house was full of love, and joy just waiting to make us happy. It was really sweet. I don't know if you can pass on to them, that i really appreciate it A LOT!
