I recently posted a blog about how wild our market has gotten recently, and that only proved to be true again this weekend!

I showed property Fri/Sat/Sun and last night I was in my office until 9:30 writing a purchase agreement with some buyers.

Why so late? They knew if they didn't write ASAP, another buyer would get it!

Buyers need agents who can get info and show them homes quickly if they want a fighting chance!

It is a much healthier market than a year or two ago when buyers could wait around for sellers to drop their price.

Now if a buyer wants a home, they need to take action!.

Finally, it feels like the market is very active!

We are writing purchase agreements at 11:00 PM, running around on the weekends, and going out to show properties the day they hit the market.

It has become very fast-paced lately and it makes the job fun!

Why?

Well, inventory is low in our area and so buyers are scrambling to grab on to the properties they want.

If something is priced decent in this market, it is selling. If you are a seller debating listing your home, get on it. During this period you may be able to draw multiple offers.

We are proud to be full-time realtors in our area, because anyone less won't be able to keep up with buyer's needs right now.

Info: Relay for LIfe is an event that gives people a chance to celebrate those who have battled cancer, remember lost ones, and fight the disease.

At the open house you will learn about starting your team and/or joining a team, sponsorship opportunities, and fundraising events. Relay For Life in Buffalo will be July 20, 2012 in Sturges Park.
