What the hell is wrong with this picture? Before we elected this cowardly, communist, Muslim SOB we were the most powerful nation in the world!

Now our troops describe themselves as sitting ducks!

My nephew is over there!

Our Generals are asking for help and this cowardly, communist is sitting with his thumb up his ass!

This hasn't happened since Clinton left our troops to be slaughtered in Somalia (Blackhawk Down).

God Bless America! God (JESUS) protect our troops who are fighting for our freedom!

My new website cost only 9.95 a year!

I just built and launched a new web site for less than $10.00 a year. I am working on some others now too. Bates County Real Estate

The trick is to get them up in the search engine rankings, but I'm pretty good at that. So why do I need yet another web site?

Links, referrals, and traffic. As I grow the popularity of this site I gain position on the Internet. As that sight gets more active it boosts the rating of the sites it links to.

One site can't do it all! My first site Turn-Key Properties LLC was supposed to be a one stop shop. Property Management, Investment Property, Commercial Property, Heck even information for consumers.

While my ranking is high, I was loosing too many visitors because what they first saw may not have been what they had Googled that brought them there.

So now I can focus on specific websites for specific property types and services. I twill take a lot of work, but I am accustom to that.

So how did I get a great looking website for less than $10.00 a year? www.weebly.com build your site for free, it will help to know a little HTML and have a basic understanding of SEO. Once it is built go to www.godaddy.com, (you know the one with the girls) and buy your domain for $9.95, then figure out how to change the domain registry to your new www.weebly.com site.

There you go, I've got about four hours in building a kick butt site that will act as a traffic generator and give me leads for other property types.

There are some limitations to the Weebly site, but for what it costs, I can live with it!

Nyhart is a little town, that few people even know exist, in-fact the town sign has even gone missing. Nyhart BridgeNyhart, MO holds a special place in my heart. I'm not going to make a bunch of money selling real estate there, Nyhart only has about three houses.

Nyhart is located in the heart of Bates County Missouri , Nyhart is a forgotten little burg just West of Butler, MO that time forgot. But my family will never forget the little town of Nyhart, MO.

What makes Nyhart memorable is not it's small town charm, or the fact that I pass through it every time I go home, but the fact that that is where my mother died.

The old low water bridge at Nyhart, MO took the life of Celia VanGelder. Celia Louise VanGelder was 70 years old. She had been the loving mother of 5 children.

She had raised us all to love God, do what is right, and above all remember that the only thing we took to the grave was our name!

Celia VanGelderwww.batesountyrealestate.com is one of the many sites I manage, and in all I do I try to remember her teachings. Do unto others as you would have them do unto you, the only thing you take to your grave is your name, Worry is interest paid on trouble before it is due and some of her final words to me, "I am ready, all my children know the Lord and my work is done here" God promised me 70 years, and when they are done, I will be ready to meet Him.

Mom made it to 70, and because she believed the Bible promised her 70, that is what she received. I learned a lot from Mom, her faith, her courage, her life. Celia VanGelder sacrificed everything for her family and her beliefs.

Above all else, Celia VanGelder knew the Lord.

When she perished in the waters of the Marais des Cygnes River, she was confident in her future, she Nyhart low water crossingknew where she was going, she was at peace.

Celia Louise VanGelder was a Christian, and she is at home with Jesus today. I look forward to joining her someday.

I am also very happy that the bridge that bares her name will hopefully prevent anymore unfortunate disasters, because the low water crossing is a lot safer with a bridge now.

This is the old Nyhart low water crossing, Thank God no one will ever be forced to cross this again. I hope eventually we will eliminate all these dangerous low water crossings.

But for now I am thankful that Bates County, Mo has built a bridge over the Marais des Cygnes River to protect the people of Bates County, MO.

Horses Making Ice Cream! You gotta see this!

I took my Grandson Cody to the farm this weekend I figured we would scout for some turkeys for the upcoming season. We got rained out pretty hard and decided to go to town to get some food.

On the way back we saw an auction sign, now I love a good farm auction and I convinced him it might be fun...

The auction was just outside of Rich Hill, MO. Rich Hill has a thriving Amish community nearby and there were many Amish folks there.

This was one huge auction, they had three auctioneers going at the same time!

But what we found most fascinating was seeing horses making Ice Cream. We were so intrigued we actually bought some and it turned out to be pretty good.

I haven't posted this to YouTube yet and I haven't subscribed to AR's video service so you can see the video at the link below.

I posted more information and a video on one of my other blogs, http://bwikc.blogspot.com/2009/04/horses-making-ice-cream.html
