The showings came and went, no offers from the other Realtors. Oh well, at least not yet. My own showings went pretty well, but these Buyers are just starting out. I can't wait until they are ready to put their place on the market should sell in days.

On that note my place is almost ready, today I should have cleaned. but the surprise snowstorm kind of made me take a snowday.. I was lazy and just sat around all day. Having said that it made me remember sometimes you need a break.

I also got an email from my daughter who just moved out Saturday.. she asked when she could come home for a visit. Actually made me happy. Till next time.

Today I have 4 showings, 1 listing and 3 of my listings are being shown 3 times each. Oh yeah!! Spring has sprung. If things go well .. .I can only imagine. Best not to get my hopes up.

As well my daughter is moving away today, so in between all of this I have to say my good byes, eyes water up again. This is perhaps one of the toughest things I have experienced in a while. But I guess its just another part of life.

My house is I would say 90% ready to hit the market Monday, so its gonna be an interesting weekend. I am preparing myself for the Emotional Rollercoaster on many fronts. Hope I survive.

Today was interesting, 2 of my listings seem crazy hot ...yippee!!!

Now I am hoping that the quality of the homes, and they are both awesome and the skill of the Realtors will sell them by Monday, fingers, toes, eyes crossed.

I am also almost ready to get my place out there, better hurry!!

My flooring is done thank god, now all thats left to do is get the house back in place. OMG I am terrified, not sure why, but oh well.

The real estate market is picking up, it seems that the all the pending sales from March however are closing abit late, which is not great, but at least they are closing right!

The snow has noticable melted and although its Spring, its still pretty chilly out there.

Today I am feeling a bit frustrated, not sure what it is... but it is. I need something to cheer me up, think I will look around at the blogs... must be something out there :-)

Last week I attended the New Brunswick Real Estate Association Annual General Meeting where Bob Linney, CREA's communications guru, delivered an outstanding presentation. One item covered the complete redesign of our Canadian Real Estate Association public web site - How REALTORS® Help - www.howrealtorshelp.ca.

Bob explained that a recent survey of Canadian consumers indicates that a youger demographic is now most likely to be buying a home in the next two years. So it was time for a website makeover to make the REALTOR® message more appealing to this younger group of potential homebuyers.
