During the same time there were 10 New Listings entering the market with the Average Asking Price $242,400. Currently there are 89 homes listed sale for sale and the Average Asking Price $206,687.

December 01, 2010 through to December 31, 2010 there were 07 Single Family Homes Sold. The Average Sales Price of $193,721. Average Days on Market (DOM) was 198. During the same time there were 13 New Listings entering the market with the Average Asking Price $168,550. Currently there are 74 homes listed sale for sale and the Average Asking Price $189,077.

Historic Aberdeen is just a few minutes from Pinehurst and is most well known for its Railroad and the Union Station is now a Railroad Museum and decorated for Christmas.

Established Circa 1900 the Union Station is located in downtown Aberdeen at 100 Main Street. Admission is free and is by Appointment only. Call (910) 944-5902.
