A little known gem is just around the corner here in our fair city of Statesville, North Carolina. A wonderful restaurant called Chopstix. I had never eaten Thai food before, but loved it the first time I tried it. Now I go there all the time. It is wonderful and I am always very quickly served. The owner is a very nice man and always has a smile and a warm hello for the customers.

Chopstix is located in the Brookdale Shopping Center on the corner of Davie Avenue and Sullivan Road. It is just across from the Food Lion and there is plenty of parking. There are several items on the menu to choose from. Unfortunately, I don't have a menu for you, but you will find you have many choices and all are worth trying.

Make it no longer than two pages or their will be too much information for the Human Resourse Personnel to go thru and yours may be discarded.

Don't worry about not being able to get the work you want to do for lack of education. Many companies offer on-site training, or schools for training to be hired. Online schools like Devry, Phoenix, Kaplan are easy ways to get the degree you need and they offer financial aid.

Have people sending you bills and you are struggling to pay? Ask them if they are hiring. Many companies do hire in the local market. They don't always post their jobs online or advertise in the local market. They hire people they know. Don't be afraid to ask for a job from the bill collectors. You may be surprised to find out they are looking for help.

A happy thirteen year old taking her first riding lessons at Baymount Farm in Statesville, North Carolina. She is learning to canter on our oldest (26 years young) appaloosa mare, Sprinkles, and had a blast on a bright and sunny day.

Her mom decided to take riding lessons also. And this truly is a mother and daughter affair. This riders mount, Eclipse, is the 8 year old daughter of Sprinkles. Both riders had a great day and are continuing their lessons on a daily basis.
