In Charlestown, New Hampshire there will be a Public Hearen at the Selectboard Dec. 3rd. meeting.
This here meeting will be regarding a new Town Ordinance prohibiting the passing of other vehicles on the right within the compact section of Main Street.
This is in the response to the requests of many folk's, in the concerns regarding just how unsafe this here practice is. The Selectboard has met with representatives of the New Hampshire DOT who have agreed to allow the Town to post the area affected by this Ordinance. From what I understand, this is a complete switch on the part of the State who has in the past thwarted the Town efforts to address this here problem. if you are interested in weighen in on this here issue. Be sure to go to the Selectboard Meeten and give them your thoughts about it.
I hope you and your family always have a fun and safe day!

You also need to think about the future

There are really two costs you should consider when your buying a home. The actual price of the home and the resale value of it. Take a real look at the size of the home. Be sure it's not too small or big for your familys needs. Is the home too big or too small for the neighborhood it's in ? You may eventually face a very difficult time in the resale if the home you are paying for size you cannot ever recover if it's too big or if it's too small. The location of the home is also very important to think about. Are long commutes to work or shopping a factor in the area ? You may want to buy in a reasonable commuting distance. What about the style of the home ? is the home part of a trend that just may look outdated at the time you may want to resale, or is it a design that is flexible ?

Always keep in mind your future needs, be it either as a resident of the home you are about to buy or as the seller of the home at a later date.

Diary Friend
Knowledge can help you live!!
Be A Man About It!
You ask what I am talking about. Prostate Cancer Awareness Week!!
September 15 to 21 2008
Do you know we have a 33% chance of getting prostate cancer than a woman is at getting breast cancer? I am here to tell you it’s true.
Every 17 minutes a man somewhere dies each and every day of Prostate Cancer in America.
Over 27,050 men will die just because they were just to bull head to get an examination or did not act in time.
Don’t let it be said. You were just too afraid or too embarrassed to get tested.
None of us can rest until we have won the battle against Prostate Cancer. So get off the side lines and get tested.
If you don’t want to think about yourself, then think about your family!!
Early Detection
There are two very commonly used yet they are controversial prostate screening methods, there’s the digital rectal exam, or you can have a blood test that will check for high levels of prostate-specific antigen (PSA). Although both screenings can detect a problem in the prostate, they will not show whether the problem is cancer or of a less serious condition.
PSA is not the most accurate test. But it is still the most effective screening available to us today. There’s a new urine test that may soon offered with less invasive and more accurate detection method, which will determine through cancer-related gene markers, those who have a higher risk for prostate cancer.
So let’s get our Blue Ribbons and show we care about our families.

Here in my area of New Hampshire on Tuesday 16 September 2008 at the Main Entrance of DHMC. The Prostate and Genitourinary Cancer Program at Norris Cotton Cancer Center will be hosting a Prostate Cancer Awareness Day.
There will be Educational Exhibits
From 2:30 P.M. to 6:00 P.M.
At the South Mall next to the Rotunda, informational exhibits on decision-making support, treatment options, clinical trials, and the Man to Man Prostate Cancer Support Group co-sponsored by the American Cancer Society.
You can also Pre-register and pick up information for a free prostate cancer screening to be held on Monday 22 September 2008. From 4:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M.
So let’s show our Support, for Prostate Cancer Awareness Month September 2008!!
What is being done in your neck of the woods ?
